Where We Ship
Everbloom ships to Kuwait and internationally worldwide. Shipping zones and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Kuwait Delivery
Standard delivery within Kuwait is available at regular local shipping rates. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 2 to 4 business days thereafter.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes vary by country typically 7 to 14 business days.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Kuwait time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to the hygienic nature of fragrance and beauty products, unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via the Contact page or WhatsApp within the 7 day return window. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: opened perfumes, opened hair mists, opened room sprays, opened hand cream gels, and any items marked as final sale.
